We have developed a system over many years to manage the work and financial details of a project. Our fee for managing any project is based on a percentage of the costs, with all bookkeeping shared with the client. This creates a cooperative working relationship. As part of our design and permitting services, Fokine Construction works with licensed Professionals to review and approve structural specifications and building code compliance details.
